Ubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 est sortie, après quelques semaines de retard.
Premier constat, se reporter au guide de démarrage en anglais : http://ubuntuguide.org/wiki/Dapper
Le guide en français étant plutôt pour la version précédente, la Breezy.
Deuxième constat, très peu de dépôts sont activés dans le sources.list, il faut les activer dans synaptic. Mais après avoir activé ces dépôts supplémentaires, des logiciels comme avidemux ne sont toujours pas présents dans la liste.
En fait, les dépôts multiverse ne sont même pas listés dans le sources.list. Il faut les rajouter en manuel, sans oublier les dépôt du PLF 
Voici mon sources.list à titre d’exemple :

Troisième constat, l’imprimante Minolta1300 W (je suppose que le problème est identique avec la Magicolor 2300W) ne daigne à nouveau pas fonctionner (problème plus que récurrent sur Ubuntu puisque dans les deux précédentes versions il fallait compiler le driver). Mais cette fois, le problème est différent. Symptôme toujours identique, fichier d’impression dans la file d’attente, rien ne se passe.
La solution se trouve ici. Marche à suivre : installer l’imprimante comme habituellement, puis éditer le fichier /etc/cups/printers.conf puis remplacer la ligne
DeviceURI usb://KONICA/MINOLTA%20PP1300W
par :
DeviceURI file:///dev/usblp0
On n’oublie pas de redémarrer le serveurs cups (sous peine de s’arracher les cheveux  ) :
sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys stop
sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys start
Prochaine étape : partager l’imprimante avec Samba…
